About

As cliche as it may sound, its true. I was a skinny kid growing up and I went through my fair share of bullying throughout school. My confidence and self esteem were at an all time low and I did not know what to do about it.

Low and behold I got into gym. I thought that if I could get a muscular ripped physique that all of my problems would soon be solved. Boy, I could have not been more wrong about that! Things just got worse. In no time I was on the road to that godly physique I dreamed of having. I looked better than almost everyone at my school. Yet I was worse off then before. I was never happy and always wanted more. I compared myself to every single person that went to gym and became obsessed with my eating. I stopped socializing and all I did was look at people who had better bodies than I did and wonder why I never looked like that!

This is where things took a turn for the worst. I took to the internet to look for “professional” coaches and trainers whom I could follow and even work with to achieve my goals. I started following a couple of them because all of their clients, including themselves seemed to have cracked the code. What was I missing? Damn I wish I had never set to find out. To cut a long story short, after wasting money and damaging my health and well being listening to the so called gurus of the industry, I decided to take matters into my own hands! I thought there had to be another way.

So for the past 6 years I have been honing my skills. Educating myself as much as possible to help everyone else out there that is getting taking advantage of. I have developed a no nonsense approach when it comes to being healthy, happy and in shape. My goal is to help you live the best life possible by cutting out all of the bullshit that is flooding the industry.

I urge you to question everything! And if anyone ever puts diet and training before your job, family or friends, cut them off!

I hope I can help you change your life for the better.
